Lemon and garlic treatment

The treatment of garlic with lemon is applied with the aim of purifying the blood vessels, increasing immunity and for the treatment of vegetative-vascular dystonia, a syndrome of fatigue and insomnia.

Two large garlic cloves thoroughly peeled and finely chopped with a knife, blender or a meat grinder. Place this garlic paste in a glass dish and pour the juice of 6 lemons. Do not cover! Place the tincture in a dark place at  room temperature.

Stir the mixture every day with a wooden spoon. Allow to steep for a week. Take it for 14 days, after meals, 3 times a day. Shake the tincture before use.  Dosage – 1 tea spoon, dissolves in the glass with the cooled boiled water.  Repeat the treatment once every 6 months.

Using garlic for cold prevention

You need to consume a minimum of 1 to 2 cloves daily to prevent and cure cold.  You can also make garlic tea that boosts immunity and helps to get rid of a cough and sore throats.

Garlic tea has a beneficial effect on the respiratory system. Inhalation of vapors of garlic can clean the lungs and bronchi. Garlic also acts as an expectorant, which helps to get rid of mucus and makes coughs more productive.  The powerful smell of garlic tea may help open up clogged nasal passages and sinuses. Garlic tea has a healing effect on the digestive system, it can have a relaxing effect on the stomach. Garlic helps to kill harmful parasites, acts as an antiseptic and helps cleanse the digestive system. Allicin in garlic, also acts as a powerful antifungal agent. The use of garlic tea can help get rid of intestinal fungi, yeast (candidiasis), etc.

You can make the garlic tea by finely chopping one clove of garlic.   Add the chopped garlic to boiling water and allow to steep for a little bit. Cool the tea before drinking. You can add some lemon for a better taste.  
Drink all of tea during the day. You can drink it hot or cold. This tea can be warmed up but do not bring to a boil again.
