Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened, plain coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp. organic turmeric powder (where to find)
- 1 tsp. organic coconut oil (where to find)
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/3 tsp cinnamon
- Organic raw honey to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for a couple of minutes until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!

This might be a silly question, but can you replace the mangoes with a different fruit or are they one of the ingredients that help with the pain and inflammation. From what I read, it seems like it is just the tumeric that does that.

Do you use the full-fat coconut milk in the can or the milk in the carton that would be considered more of a beverage?
I buy my unsweetened coconut milk in the carton from Trader Joe’s. Sometimes I use the full-fat one as well.
