The Easiest Homemade Colon Cleanser: Get Rid Of Toxins and Lose Weight

Do you suffer from a toxic colon? Did you know that over 50 million people in America have an unhealthy colon? Gastrointestinal problems are widespread in our society, mostly due to the fact that modern food is greatly lacking in the nutrients required for healthy digestion. This leads to chronic health problems such as colitis, constipation, acid reflux, irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn’s disease and more.  For a healthy colon, it takes less than 24 hours for food to transit through our body. But with modern eating habits (processed food that lacks enzymes, fibers and nutrients) the transit time slows down to 70 hours.  This results in a toxic colon and up to 40 pounds of accumulated waste.

Toxic colon Symptoms:

  • Digestive symptoms
Constipation, bloating,  stomach pain, diarrhea, gas, indigestion
  • General health
    Joint pain, muscle pain
  • Behavioral symptoms
Depression, fatigue, anxiety, brain fog, mood swings, poor memory
  • Immune system
Weak immune system, frequent vaginal or bladder infections, skin rashes

Bowel movements are a good indicator of your overall health. If you don’t  have at least one bowel movement each day, you can be more susceptible for future diseases. By not eating healthy foods and not exercising on a regular basis, our system has a tough time digesting foods properly. Thus, it’s immensely important to keel our colon clean. It is vital part of a healthy, functioning body. It plays a role in digestion, in your immune system and in maintaining the water balance in your body.

    • Hi Ciara! It’s up to you. But you will get much better results if you don’t though during this time. It can just be one day 🙂

  1. Hello, I could use a little clearification please. How much is this ‘1/9 ground cayenne pepper’? ‘Drink this mixture 5 to 15 times per day’ How much is each ‘dose’? Is this recipe enough for at least 10 days? Lastly, does this need to be refridgerated? Thank you. Jodi

  2. the recipe calls for “1/9 cayenne pepper”? If I have ground cayenne pepper, how much is that exactly?
